Throughout our travels, we made note of various species that we saw, including plants, animals, birds, and marine life. While this list is incomplete, it gives a glimpse into the tremendous diversity that we encountered in our travels. We also acknowledge that these are generalized categories; for instance, the banana slug, listed under animal species, is taxonomically classified as a gastropod. This list is simply a general compilation to establish a baseline of diversity.
